Marketing Analyst (Social Intelligence Specialization)

Responsibilities
- Use social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr to monitor online conversations and audience trends
- Analyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover actionable insights
- Build and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards for internal teams and client-facing stakeholders
- Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign performance
- Partner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Research emerging trends in social media and digital marketing specific to healthcare and pharma
- Support reporting deliverables across channels, ensuring data structure, tagging, and measurement accuracy
- Gather and interpret data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
- Develop regular and ad hoc reports evaluating campaign performance against KPIs
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising sector
- Understanding of the regulated nature of pharma marketing, including MLR and compliance considerations
- Experience analyzing performance across Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn Analytics
- Experience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Strong ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
