Kinder Nannies & Staff is delighted to assist a young entrepreneurial family in their search for an exceptional, EU‑speaking Nanny to join them October 2026 til April or May 2027. This is a warm, modern, international household who welcomed their first baby in July. The parents are hands‑on and deeply excited to spend time with their baby, while also requiring reliable, professional support due to their business commitments.

They are looking for a EU speaking nanny (probably from France, Belgium or Canada) who is already based in Dubai and looking for a live out role with a very lovely family.

Role Overview

The nanny will provide consistent, nurturing, developmentally‑focused care from newborn (supporting role) through the next few years, supporting the baby’s early growth, routine, and learning. The parents are involved, but also busy, so the role offers balanced hours and a collaborative, respectful working environment. 

General working hours:

• 6–8 hours per day , daytime schedule
  
• 5 or 6 days p/w
  
• Most evenings free
  

Key Responsibilities

• Loving, attentive care of a baby
  
• Establishing healthy routines (feeding, sleep, developmental milestones)
  
• Planning age‑appropriate, structured activities to support early learning
  
• Creating a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment
  
• Encouraging independence, curiosity, confidence and joy in learning
  
• Supporting the child’s EU language exposure (native‑level fluency required)
  
• Travelling with the family between Toronto, Europe and Dubai
  
• Maintaining child‑related organisation (nursery, clothing, toys, supplies)
  

Candidate Profile

The ideal nanny is warm, calm, highly experienced and passionate about early childhood development. The family values emotional intelligence, professionalism and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Native level EU speaker

• Warm, nurturing, patient and reliable
  
• Confident supporting first‑time parents
  
• Comfortable in an international, entrepreneurial household
  
• Flexible, discreet and committed to long‑term employment
  

Requirements

• Native level EU speaker (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 6 years’ professional nanny/childcare experience
  
• Experience with newborns and infants Already living in Dubai
• Full passport enabling international travel
  
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication
  

There may be  2–3 trips to Europe , each lasting  1–2 weeks , during which she would travel with the family.

Requirements

Fluent French/ EU language speaking

Already living in Dubai

Baby experience considerable

Up to date criminal background check 

Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate

Valid passport for international travel

Good references for recent nanny roles
