Responsibilities
- Implementing and customizing Salesforce processes based on business requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure alignment
- Managing permissions and providing user support
- Building reports and dashboards
- Participating in cross-organizational projects to enhance system functionality
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong business and process understanding
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports
- Good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and complementary tools
