Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support the QHSE Department with document management, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. The successful candidate will assist the Document Controller in managing electronic and hard-copy documentation and ensuring proper document traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, file, and distribute department documents to concerned personnel as required.
• Assist the Document Controller in the implementation and administration of the document management system for electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Enter document information accurately into standard registers, lists, logs, and databases.
• Maintain and update document registers and records to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
• Perform document management activities in accordance with project and company procedures.
• Prepare copies and reproductions of documents when required.
• Assist with activities related to the Document Control Procedure.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks on a daily basis and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
• Maintain department documents in designated storage areas and ensure they are kept safely and are easily traceable.
• Generate document control reports as required.
• Ensure confidential and project-related documents are properly safeguarded.
• Support the department with general administrative and documentation-related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or line manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry, document control, administration, or a similar role.

Technical Qualification: No specific technical qualification required.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, document organization, filing, communication, and administrative skills.

Software: Proficiency in MS Office . Experience with document management systems such as SAP, Aconex, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Languages: Good command of English.
