We’re Hiring – Account Executive | Hospitality & Events

Employment: Full-time, office and on-site
Level: Junior / Trainee
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to support client coordination and the delivery of entertainment services for hotel residencies and major events.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries and support account follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and budgets.
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, and event logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, artists, and DJs.
- Support negotiations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Assist with on-site coordination and post-event feedback.
Requirements
- Relevant exposure to events and entertainment management .
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and sales negotiation skills.
- Good communication and client service abilities.
- Willingness to learn and manage competing priorities.
- Valid UAE driving license .
Eligibility
Due to conflicts of interest, current performing artists and candidates undertaking weekend freelance activities will not be considered .
Compensation
- Less than 1 year of experience: 10,000 + 2.5% commission.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience: 10,000 + 5% commission.
