Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will help children and individuals overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based, individualized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Work with clients to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update therapy plans as needed.
• Promote a supportive, engaging, and client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.
• Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
