Propchain is seeking a Finance Manager in the United Arab Emirates to take full ownership of finance and accounting operations. The role entails transitioning from outsourced providers to a fully in-house, scalable finance organization within 3 months, establishing strong controls and delivering reliable financial information.
The ideal candidate will have 10-14+ years of experience in a multi-entity finance environment, with a strong background in internalising finance functions from external vendors. This position offers a clear path for growth to Finance Director or CFO.
