THE ROLE

We are seeking **Director Board of Directors & Private Investor** who want to play an active role in building Forensic Times as a global investigative media, intelligence, research, and events organization.

This is a leadership and investment opportunity for individuals who can contribute both **strategic direction and early-stage investment capital**.

In return, eligible Founding Directors will receive an **equity stake in Forensic Times**, with the opportunity to participate in the company's future growth and value creation, subject to the agreed investment and shareholder terms.

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide strategic direction, leadership, and governance oversight

* Contribute to major business and organisational decisions

* Leverage professional networks to develop strategic partnerships and opportunities

* Advise on media, investigative journalism, technology, commercial, and international expansion strategies

* Support fundraising, investor relations, business development, and strategic growth

* Help establish Forensic Times as a globally recognised investigative media and intelligence brand

* Attend scheduled Board meetings and strategic sessions

* Represent Forensic Times at relevant professional events, conferences, summits, and industry forums

* Support international expansion and market development

* Act as a senior ambassador and trusted representative of Forensic Times within relevant professional networks

• Equity: Ownership stake in Forensic Times based on the agreed investment and terms
• Board Position: Founding Director position, subject to formal appointment and applicable corporate requirements
• Value Creation: Opportunity to benefit from future company growth and appreciation in the value of the equity
• Profit Participation: Where applicable, shareholders may participate in distributions from profits declared by the company, subject to company performance and applicable law
