OEM Vendor Coordinator

Manage all interactions with Original Equipment Manufacturers for modifications, I/O mapping, and commissioning.

Coordinate modifications for GCP/TCP systems to ensure proper synchronization with relevant vendors.
Schedule OEM visits for relay configuration, involving multiple industry leaders.
Liaise for DCS gateway and I/O mapping with control system providers.
Manage vendor interfaces for UPS and APFC systems.
Track OEM deliverables and ensure timely site presence during plant shutdowns.
Facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) in collaboration with OEMs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years in vendor coordination on EPC brownfield projects.
Proficiency with leading vendor lists and strong understanding of OEM contract management.
Excellent negotiation and scheduling skills.

Reporting to: Project Engineering Manager
