OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Take full ownership of all content (photography reels stories animation and video) to be used on our channels following social media guidelines & brand tone of voice as set by the Hotels and Director of PR & Marketing.

1. Schedule and create engaging content as required for all channels and in a timely manner.
2. Edit and resize content to different specifications as required.
3. Develop monthly visual asset banks to support activations promotions and events.
4. Proactively adjust content creation to new trends and happenings.
5. Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of content creation activities in advance.
6. Assist with Graphic Design as and when required
7. Coordinate communication with Venue Managers and food and beverage teams to ensure ongoing renewal & engagement with new content. .
8. Keep updated on new information relating to F&B outlets & competitor activities.
9. Support Director of PR & Marketing in bringing to life social media channel content that reflects the brand and positions the venues accurately.
