Responsibilities
- Teach existing modules or design new courses in specific subject areas
- Deliver modules via online, asynchronous, synchronous, or hybrid formats
- Maintain academic rigor aligned with ALU degree programs
- Engage with a Pan-African student body through various course lengths including boot camps, workshops, or full-length courses
Requirements
- Master\'s Degree or PhD Degree for Faculty roles
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Area of Specialization
- For Specialization Coaches: Master\'s Degree with 2 years experience, or Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years experience
- For Foundations Coaches: Bachelor\'s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to design short-term boot camps, medium-term workshops, or full-length courses
- Experience with online and hybrid teaching models
