Job Overview
The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for assisting with content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media accounts, and supporting online marketing activities to enhance the company’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Monitor social media performance and engagement
Support the marketing team with online campaigns and promotions
Help create graphics, captions, and promotional content
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
Maintain the company’s online brand image
Requirements
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Good communication and creative thinking skills
Familiarity with Canva or basic design/editing tools is an advantage
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
