Full job description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sea Freight operations, customs clearance, and extensive knowledge of Dubai Trade, Stack Operations and contacts within shipping lines. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient freight forwarding operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Freight operations, including but not limited to LCL and FCL shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and procedures for smooth customs clearance.
- Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines to secure competitive rates and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Utilize Dubai Trade platform and other relevant systems for efficient documentation and tracking of shipments.
- Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise during the freight forwarding process.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to facilitate smooth operations and explore business opportunities.
- Handle our Stack operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sea Freight operations and customs clearance, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Trade platform and familiarity with relevant documentation and procedures.
- Strong network and contacts within shipping lines and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of LCL and FCL shipments, including container loading and consolidation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
