Inspector Wet Utilites

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Wet Utilities to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality safety and compliance of wet utility systems in construction projects throughout the city.

• Conduct thorough inspections of wet utility systems including water supply sewage and drainage installations
• Verify compliance with local and international plumbing codes regulations and project specifications
• Review and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications related to wet utility systems
• Identify and report deficiencies non-conformities or potential issues in wet utility installations
• Collaborate with contractors engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure project quality
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of findings
• Utilize specialized inspection equipment and tools to assess the condition and performance of wet utility systems
• Stay updated on industry standards technological advancements and best practices in wet utility inspection
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on wet utility-related matters
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during inspections

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wet utility inspection or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of wet utility systems including water supply sewage and drainage infrastructure
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Strong understanding of local and international plumbing codes and regulations with specific knowledge of UAE building codes related to wet utilities
• Certified Plumbing Inspector certification or equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using specialized inspection equipment and tools
• Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inspection software
• Understanding of construction processes and project management principles
• Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations within Dubai
