Port Tug Master: Safety, Operations & Crew Leadership
Abu Dhabi Ports Company
Abu Dhabi Ports Company seeks an experienced Tug Master to oversee day-to-day port tug operations, ensuring vessel safety and crew readiness. You will manage inspections, reporting, and training within a structured contingency framework.
This role requires solid experience with navigation aids, safety systems, and regulatory compliance (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC) and the ability to mentor junior personnel while liaising with the Port Captain and Chief Engineer.
