As a Solutions Architect & Technical Sales , you will play a central role in shaping client engagements, translating business needs into compelling technical solutions, and driving new business opportunities. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to guide clients through solution design, demonstrate the value and impact of Data & Analytics offerings, and contribute to the development of high-quality proposals that secure new projects.

Your Tasks

Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Partner with Sales and Account Managers to understand client needs, identify pain points, and define end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions that align business outcomes with technical feasibility.
• Enroll with Sales and Account Managers during early negotiations or during early-stage engagements, by clearly articulating architectural options, solution scope, feasibility, and business value.
• Act as the primary technical authority in client engagements, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive and senior technical audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused business value.

Pre-Sales & Business Generation

• Lead the architectural design and validation of proposed solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s delivery capabilities.
• Build and deliver impactful demos, presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with technical experts to validate scope, architecture, and effort estimations.
• Contribute to proposal development by clearly differentiating ClearPeaks’ offerings through strong architectural positioning and technical credibility.

Architectural Governance & Technical Excellence

• Ensure technical excellence, consistency, and quality across all pre-sales architectures and solution designs.
• Define, maintain, and promote reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for Data & Analytics solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight across multiple engagements to support sustainable growth and repeatability.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex architectural challenges during pre-sales and early delivery phases.

Offering & Accelerator Development

• Create, package, and maintain accelerators to effectively position ClearPeaks’ offerings.
• Adapt internal solutions into tailored accelerators that address specific client challenges.
• Identify and promote innovative approaches within proposals.

Knowledge & Market Insight

• Stay up to date with Data & Analytics technology trends, market developments, and ClearPeaks’ portfolio.
• Capture and share insights from client engagements to refine solution design and offerings.
• Provide feedback to support new accelerator development and enhance go-to-market strategies.

Success Criteria

• Consistent contribution to revenue growth through impactful pre-sales support.
• Delivery of high-quality demos, POCs, and presentations that advance opportunities.
• Strong collaboration with Sales & Account Managers, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure alignment between client needs and ClearPeaks’ capabilities.
• Continuous improvement and expansion of accelerators and reusable solution assets.
• Recognition as a technical lead and trusted advisor by both clients and internal stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Technology , or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Solution Architecture, or Business Intelligence are highly valued.
• Professional training in pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise technology is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics architectures and modern technology ecosystems .

• Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics architectures , platforms, and solution design.

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and architectures .
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Experience with solution architecture, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical best practices .
• Ability to develop and deliver technical demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and presentations .
• Experience with technical scoping, effort estimation, and solution validation .
• Knowledge of modern data architectures, including AI-native
• Experience contributing to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical solution positioning .
• Ability to create and maintain accelerators, reusable solution assets, and architectural frameworks .
• Understanding of security, scalability, performance, and governance considerations in enterprise solutions.
