Physical Therapy Tutor

Responsibilities
- Provide online tutoring sessions via a virtual classroom using video, audio, chat, and a whiteboard
- Utilize the Socratic method to foster student independence and critical thinking skills
- Support students in achieving their educational goals through subject matter expertise
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Physical Therapy from an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or professional experience
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Reliable laptop or desktop with working camera and microphone
- Ability to tutor a minimum of 2-5 hours per week during fall and spring semesters
- Ability to receive payments via PayPal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in teaching methodology or instruction
- Experience tutoring at the college level (e.g., math lab, writing center, or learning lab)
- History of excellent academic performance in undergraduate or graduate studies
