We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment, client management, and recruitment delivery within staffing, outsourcing, manpower supply, or recruitment agency environments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
• Support bulk hiring and project-based recruitment requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main contact for assigned clients and hiring managers.
• Understand hiring needs, project timelines, and workforce requirements.
• Conduct regular hiring review meetings and provide recruitment updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service levels.

Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets.
• Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience within recruitment agencies, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower companies.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment experience across Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience with EPC, PMC, infrastructure, or project-based hiring.
• Knowledge of GCC onboarding and workforce mobilisation processes.
