QA/QC Engineer

• Develop and implement the project’s Quality Management Plan (QMP) in coordination with the project team.
• Define quality objectives, procedures, and performance indicators.
• Establish quality control processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor, recommend, and oversee corrective actions.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that quality control procedures are being followed effectively.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality-related documents.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement among project stakeholders.
• Conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC for PMC or construction projects, knowledge of quality principles, standards, and construction practices, proficiency in inspections and audits, analytical skills, communication skills, teamwork, and software proficiency.
• Over 10 years in QA/QC for PMC projects, on-site operations familiarity, GCC/UAE experience.
• Bachelor’s in civil engineering or related field, professional certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
