Home Care Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse
Location : Dubai
Contract Duration : 2 years Limited Contract
Number of Vacancies : RN: 3, AN: 7
Education Requirements
- Graduation: Bachelor/Diploma in Nursing Degree
- Post-Graduation: Not Required
- Special Course: Basic Life Support
Professional Attributes
- Communication Skills: English mandatory
- Languages Known: Hindi or Arabic
- Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior): Will be assessed during the interview
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide personalized nursing care; administer medications; monitor patients' health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and family members.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Perform routine medical procedures and ensure proper maintenance and sterilization of medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
