Job Description
- To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
- To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
- To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
- To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures in food & beverage
- To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
- To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
- To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
- To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
- To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
- To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
- To maintain safety of work areas at all times
- To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
- To perform other tasks as required /directed
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- 1– 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel
- Must be confident and good in speaking English
