Final Documentation Officer
Role Purpose
Lead the assembly, quality check, and handover of final as-built documentation, dossiers, and end-of-job reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile final document index and necessary system dossiers.
- Ensure as-built drawings using AutoCAD or SmartPlant and vendor documentation are complete.
- Coordinate with the site record room for regulatory compliance.
- Manage handover of spare parts, SPIR, and special tools documentation.
- Prepare inspection and acceptance manual.
- Support PAC documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Library Science.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in EPC final documentation.
- Knowledge: Understanding of handover procedures in the relevant industry.
- Skills: Proficient in Aconex and Wrench.
Reporting to: Project Engineering Manager
