International Field Operations Manager

The International Field Operations Manager role is responsible for executing the strategies of new market and new licensee/franchisee launch, operations and training development within a designated region. This role will work with the regional business and cross-functional teams to develop, evaluate, optimize and drive results for in-restaurant operations and training execution that meets standards at Inspire Brands and drives profitability for our licensees/franchisees.

Responsibilities

New Market Launch

• Lead cross-functional team to launch new brands and new licensees/franchisees within your designated region following brand strategies and standards set forth by Inspire Brands.
• Plan and manage all support for operations and training during new market or new licensee/franchisees launches.

Operations & Training

• Evaluate licensee/franchisee operations and training plans within your designated region; conduct all required audits and market visits in a timely manner and document accordingly; escalations issues appropriately.
• Utilize advanced technologies and LMS platforms to enhance operations and training development in the field.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational and training KPIs, and develop action plans or provide recognition according to the results.

Education Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, Equivalent certification or related field.

Experience Qualification

• 5+ years Restaurant Operations, Training, and Project Management.
• 2+ years Multi-unit experience in Restaurant Operations or Training.
