Bartender

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender in the beautiful city of Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates! Were seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet patrons warmly and take drink orders ensuring prompt and accurate service
• Craft a wide variety of cocktails mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws health regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill food orders and maintain seamless service
• Assist in inventory management including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock counts
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests fostering a memorable dining experience
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences suggesting drink options and upselling when appropriate

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of mixology cocktail recipes and current beverage trends
• Strong understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and time management skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
• Food and beverage certifications are advantageous
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office suite
• Understanding of local customs and etiquette in Ras Al-Khaimah is beneficial
• Vibrant personality with high energy and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
