A well-established UAE-based construction company is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join its growing team. The organization is known for delivering high-quality civil construction, MEP works, interior fit-outs, and turnkey solutions across residential, commercial, and retail projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site project execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that all engineering activities are completed within time, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on site experience within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and manage overall project execution activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and work plans
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and engineering practices
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site teams
• Manage material planning, inspections, and project handover processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE construction industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of project engineering and construction management principles
• Experience in site execution, coordination, and supervision
