We are currently looking an experienced Purchase Assistant to join in our team.
Coordinate with store department and collect all purchase request
Prepare purchase order
Research potential vendors
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
