Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 per month

Requirements
- Male candidates aged 28–37 years.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar FMCG production environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, processing, administration, and team management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of KPIs and performance management is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a production team effectively.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor product quality, equipment performance, materials, and production processes.
- Manage manpower, shift schedules, overtime, and operator performance.
- Train and develop production operators.
- Improve OEE, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Implement TPM, GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO, QMS, and workplace safety standards.
- Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Blending, Tea, Engineering, and Quality Control departments.
- Reduce material wastage, equipment damage, utility consumption, and operating costs.
- Support audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, product traceability, cleaning schedules, labeling, and packing standards.
- Support FSMS and applicable FSMA requirements.
