We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Hearing Aid Technician to join our audiology team. As a Hearing Aid Technician, you will be responsible for assisting audiologists in the fitting, maintenance, and repair of hearing aids and related devices. This role requires a strong understanding of hearing aid technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. In this position, you will work closely with patients to ensure their hearing aids are functioning properly and are tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities: *Assist audiologists in fitting and programming hearing aids
*Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hearing devices
* Educate patients on hearing aid use and care
*Conduct hearing aid performance checks and diagnostics
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Certification or training in hearing aid technology is a plus
Experience working with hearing aids or in audiology
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferredCertification or training in hearing aid technology is a plus
Experience working with hearing aids or in audiology
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
