Deine Aufgaben
- Laufende und projektbezogene rechtliche Beratung in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und M&A
- Rechtliche Strukturierung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Unternehmenstransaktionen (Buy-Side & Sell-Side)
- Durchführung und Koordination von Due-Diligence-Projekten
- Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung anspruchsvoller Verträge und Schriftsätze
- Eigenständige Leitung komplexer gesellschaftsrechtlicher Projekte in fachübergreifenden und interdisziplinären Teams
- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten bei komplexen Umstrukturierungen und gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Mandantenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Mandanten
Dein Profil
- Qualifizierter Rechtsanwalt (Zulassung: Egyptian Bar Association), vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung im GCC-Raum
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht und M&A sowie ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis; aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
- Fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an komplexe rechtliche Fragestellungen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveräner und professioneller Umgang mit Mandanten
- Professionelles Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Business-Development-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Networking, Durchführung von Seminaren, Teilnahme an Konferenzen und Mitwirkung an Publikationen, sowie an der Beratung unserer Mandanten
