Product Writer

Responsibilities
- Write and improve Help Center articles, product guides, onboarding materials, and other user-facing content
- Shape content around AI-powered features to help users understand and launch content with Zeely
- Contribute to CRM communications, including emails and product updates
- Collaborate on website, landing page, and promotional copy to support conversion and growth
- Continuously improve existing content based on product updates and user behavior
- Work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, Support, and Frontend teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, copywriting, or technical writing
- Proven experience creating structured user-facing content for digital products
- Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex features
- Understanding of how content impacts user behavior, conversion, and retention
- Ability to adapt tone across Help Center, product flows, and CRM channels
- Experience using AI tools in writing workflows (prompt writing, iteration)
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Portfolio showcasing Help Center materials, website copy, or onboarding flows
