Senior Producer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead an embedded content production team for one of the region’s leading entertainment and cultural destinations. The team produces a mix of social-first content and larger campaign work, so this is a role that requires someone equally comfortable managing fast-turnaround content as they are overseeing larger, more complex productions. You’ll be the senior production lead on the account - working closely with the client, creative teams, content creators, editors, suppliers and production partners to ensure the operation runs smoothly and the work is delivered to a consistently high standard.

THE ROLE

• Leading the day-to-day production operation for the embedded content team.
• Acting as the senior production point of contact for the client.
• Building a strong, trusted relationship with client stakeholders and understanding their priorities, expectations and challenges.
• Managing production across a mix of social-first content, always-on content and larger campaign productions.
• Taking projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring they are properly planned, resourced and executed.
• Managing multiple productions simultaneously, often with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget and to the required creative and production standard.
• Managing production schedules, budgets, crews, equipment, locations, freelancers and external suppliers.
• Working closely with creative and content teams to turn ideas into practical, well-executed productions.
• Overseeing the production process across shoots, post-production, approvals and delivery.
• Managing client feedback and approvals while keeping projects moving.
• Identifying production challenges early and finding practical solutions.
• Establishing efficient production processes and ensuring the team operates consistently and effectively.
• Supporting and mentoring the embedded production team and helping create a positive, collaborative working culture.
• Maintaining oversight of production quality across all content delivered by the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Significant experience as a Producer or Senior Producer within an agency, production company, broadcaster, entertainment organisation or similar environment.
• Proven experience producing social content and campaigns, ideally across a range of formats and production scales.
• Strong client-facing experience and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of production from brief and pre-production through to shoot, post-production and delivery.
• Experience managing multiple productions, teams and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong budget, scheduling, supplier and resource management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content work across social and digital platforms.
• The ability to balance fast-moving social production with the planning and rigour required for larger campaigns.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and naturally solutions-focused.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for entertainment, culture, content and storytelling.

You’re the person who keeps the whole production operation moving. You can move from a fast-turnaround social shoot in the morning to planning a major campaign production in the afternoon. You know when something needs to move quickly, when it needs more planning and when to push back on a brief to protect the quality of the work. You’re comfortable dealing directly with clients, leading production teams, managing suppliers and making decisions. You don't need to be the person behind the camera. You need to be the person who makes sure the right people, creative, resources and processes are in place to deliver great work. Most importantly, you take ownership. You care about the detail, you anticipate problems and you don't wait for someone else to fix them.
