Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations ensure regulatory compliance and support business decision-making within a fast-paced construction/real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costing budgeting and financial planning
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
- Oversee audits financial controls and internal compliance processes
- Monitor cash flow expenses and cost optimization
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on financial performance
- Maintain and improve financial systems and reporting processes
Requirements
- CA / ACCA / CPA qualification (mandatory)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience (preferred)
- Prior experience in contracting construction or real estate industry
Skills Required
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
- Expertise in project costing and budgeting
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in large-scale project environments
- Audit handling and financial compliance expertise
Industry Preference
- Construction / Contracting / Real Estate
