What youll do

Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes ensuringour guests received nothing but the best experience.
• Youll also support with ingredient preparation maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and follow all food safety and HACCP standards.
• Our values or Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Commis Chef of Pastry Chef youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• From mastering kitchen basics to crafting pastries and supporting the wider brigade youll grow your skills while contributing to the excellence of our culinary offering.
• The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Culinary team member but well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
