Micah Solutions Hiring for a leading fabrication company based in Dubai currently seeking experienced Welders to join our dynamic team. We are looking for skilled individuals with expertise in Arc and Mig-Tig welding techniques.
As a Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment including arc and mig-tig machines
- Weld metal components together using various welding techniques
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Arc and Mig-Tig welding techniques
- Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Valid welding certification is a plus
