Civil Engineer - Construction

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Construction with strong hands-on site exposure to villa and building projects. The role involves supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings specifications quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities for residential villas and building projects

Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards

Coordinate with contractors consultants suppliers and internal teams

Monitor site progress materials manpower and project timelines

Ensure compliance with HSE QA/QC and relevant authority requirements

Support timely and cost-effective project completion

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: 38 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor / Site Engineer

Proven hands-on site experience in villa and building construction is mandatory

Exposure to telecom infrastructure projects is an added advantage

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of civil construction methods materials and execution

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Knowledge of telecom civil works (ducts chambers manholes asphalt etc.) is a plus

Familiarity with QA/QC HSE practices and authority requirements (RTA ADM etc.)

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and site coordination skills

Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
