Web Content Author

Responsibilities

• Author, build, QA, and publish web pages in Contentful using approved templates and components
• Assemble pages from reusable modules following component specifications and content requirements
• Incorporate copy updates, asset uploads, and SEO updates prior to publishing
• Create and manage rest-of-world market pages and support multi-market content needs
• Own pre-publish QA including content accuracy, links, assets, and layout rendering
• Support localization workflows including file creation and implementation of localized content
• Collaborate with front-end development, design, and program management teams to resolve publishing issues
• Manage multiple concurrent page builds and launch timelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience authoring and publishing web content in Contentful or a comparable headless CMS
• 10+ years of experience building web pages using components and structured content workflows
• 10+ years of experience with web content QA and publishing
• Strong understanding of component-based or design-system-driven web production
• Familiarity with localization workflows and multi-market page creation
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume publishing work

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct Contentful experience
• Experience with Storybook or similar design-system tools
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Basic understanding of APIs and content modeling
• Marketing, agency, or enterprise web production background
