A growing UAE business is looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join their team on a part‑time, hybrid basis (20–25 hours per week) . This opportunity is ideally suited to a mature HR professional with 7–10 years’ experience who is looking for greater flexibility, perhaps after taking time out to raise a family or stepping away from a demanding full‑time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small HR team.
• Strengthen day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Embed the recently implemented Yomly HR platform.
• Introduce AI into everyday HR processes.
• Build a highly efficient, modern people function.
• Coach managers and develop leaders.
• Strengthen employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience.
• Practical, organised, commercially minded.
• AI‑first in their thinking.
