QC - Piling Works

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QC Piling Works in Dubai UAE . Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Piling & Foundation Works sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect piling activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications ITPs and project quality requirements.
  
• Monitor bored piling reinforcement cage installation concreting and related foundation activities.
  
• Conduct quality inspections at different stages of piling operations and document inspection results.
  
• Verify construction materials and workmanship against approved project specifications and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate inspection requests and quality documentation with site engineers consultants and project teams.
  
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.
  
• Maintain inspection reports checklists test records and other QA/QC documentation.
  
• Ensure piling works comply with applicable project procedures and construction quality requirements.
  

Required Skills

1. Piling Quality Control Ability to inspect and monitor piling and deep-foundation activities.
   
2. QA/QC Inspection Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and quality checkpoints.
   
3. Foundation Works Understanding of piling reinforcement concreting and foundation construction.
   
4. Quality Documentation Ability to maintain inspection requests checklists reports and test records.
   
5. Drawing & Specification Interpretation Ability to verify site work against approved technical drawings and specifications.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on major piling or deep-foundation projects.
  
• Familiarity with ITPs NCRs method statements and material inspection procedures.
  
• Gulf/UAE construction project exposure.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: 37 years of QA/QC or quality inspection experience in civil construction preferably involving piling or deep-foundation works. Candidates would typically require hands-on exposure to site inspections concrete works reinforcement piling activities and construction quality documentation.

Education

Minimum: Typical Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Preferred: Typical Civil Engineering qualification with QA/QC training or certification

Additional: Relevant construction QA/QC certifications are advantageous

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
