What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high-quality international dishes with consistency and creativity
- Supporting menu planning based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing simple desserts and assisting with basic pastry items when required
- Maintaining impeccable food hygiene, kitchen organization, and safety standards
- Managing your section efficiently and professionally
- Collaborating with a close-knit, trusted kitchen team
- Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
What We're Looking For
Cuisine Expertise
International Cuisine
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role
Technical Skills
- Sound knowledge of international cooking techniques
- Basic pastry and dessert preparation skills preferred
Language
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and basic written
Qualifications
- Culinary and/or Food Hygiene certification preferred
