True Talent HR Group is looking for energetic and motivated HR Recruiters to join its recruitment team in Sharjah, UAE. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence in making calls, and a willingness to learn recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for available job vacancies.
• Contact candidates by phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, job offers, and joining dates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and job applicants.
• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic calling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple candidates.
• Male and female candidates are welcome.
• Candidates on visit visas or cancelled visas may apply.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
