People Systems & Automation Leader (HRIS & Compliance)

Grow Therapy is seeking a hands-on Senior HRIS/People Systems practitioner to own the HRIS roadmap, configure Rippling, and drive automation across the employee lifecycle. You will manage compliance calendars, data integrity across the people tech stack, and partner with People Operations leads on architecture and controls.
You will mentor the People Operations team, work on integrations, and foster a culture of automation and scalable processes in a high-growth tech environment.
