About the Company

As an independent advocate and trusted partner during healthcare's most challenging moments, our team of experts works alongside physicians to orchestrate the best treatment, advocacy, and support to deliver measurably better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client calls alongside clinicians to communicate research findings and support decision‑making
- Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of lab values and clinical outcomes
- Identify, review, and analyze medical literature across clinical and research topics
- Interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests to support patient care decisions
- Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options, including standard of care and investigational approaches
- Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through database searching and site contact
- Create patient education documents such as written reports, presentations, and charts
Requirements
- PhD in a science or healthcare field
- Early‑to‑mid‑career professional experience in oncology (research, clinical, or translational)
- Well‑developed research capabilities using PubMed, Google Scholar, or similar
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client advisory roles
- Ability to make rapid decisions in the face of ambiguity and deadlines
