Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Website Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of websites and related applications through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or usability issues, contributing to a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in both manual and automated Quality Assurance testing, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for quality. Your role will involve executing test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Ultimately, your work will play a critical role in delivering reliable and high-performing websites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and analyze system and website specifications.
• Collaborate with Developers to design and execute effective testing strategies and plans.
• Perform manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Evaluate website code and functionality for compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed logs of testing phases, including identified defects.
• Document, track, and report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues throughout the website lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained across the website development lifecycle.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing practices (preferred).
• Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to analyze and build an automation framework from scratch based on the existing codebase.
• Familiarity with Postman, and performance testing tools like JMeter or similar.
• Experience with localization and responsive testing tools is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
