We re recruiting a Business Analyst for one of our clients based in Ras al Khaimah.

Objectives:
To support the Regional Director by providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making with a focus on business performance tracking market analysis pricing strategy forecasting and cross-functional coordination with sales operations and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends customer segments pricing patterns and channel performance across the MEA region
- Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for regional leadership and global HQ
- Build annual and multi-year strategic plans by identifying growth opportunities and business risks
- Evaluate territory performance incentive plans and pipeline health
- Partner with pricing teams to model the impact of pricing changes promotions or bundling strategies
- Model ROI for capital expenditures new plant investments or distribution expansions
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting tools (e.g. ERP CRM Excel models)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience in business analysis financial modeling or commercial planning preferably within the building materials construction chemicals or manufacturing sectors
- An MBA or professional certifications (e.g. CFA PMP Six Sigma) are considered an advantage
