Description:

Novel Hotel City Center is currently looking for a skilled and analytical Revenue Executive to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about hotel revenue management and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic hospitality organization.

The selected candidate will play an important role in optimizing hotel revenue performance by monitoring pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and supporting occupancy growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily room inventory, pricing structures, and competitor rates to maximize hotel revenue

• Support and implement revenue management strategies to improve occupancy levels and Average Daily Rate (ADR)

• Manage OTA channels and ensure accurate rate parity across all booking platforms

• Analyze market performance, trends, and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities

• Prepare regular forecasting reports, performance analysis, and revenue updates

• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and yield management processes

• Identify areas for improvement in pricing and revenue optimization

• Maintain accurate system data and reporting records

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in revenue management, reservations, or front office operations

• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and hotel PMS systems

• Experience with Opera PMS will be considered an advantage

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
