Music & Talent Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities
- Manage music and talent agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
- Prepare and distribute NDAs, licensing requests, and work-for-hire agreements
- Review agreements and extract key contractual and financial information
- Maintain accurate contract trackers and rights documentation in SharePoint
- Coordinate contract reviews and track documentation across departments
- Manage purchase orders, electronic invoices, and monitor payment status
- Support supplier onboarding by collecting tax and vendor documentation
- Generate payment reports and contract summaries for stakeholders
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in contract administration or legal operations
- Significant experience supporting music, talent, or licensing contracts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and electronic signature tools like DocuSign
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gaming, music, media, or interactive entertainment
- Knowledge of music licensing rights in games, film, or television
- Experience with Icertis, Trevanna, or similar management platforms
- Paralegal experience or certification
- Experience with supplier onboarding and payment administration
