DBB Contracting LLC is looking for experienced HSE Officers with expertise in commercial & residential building projects to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and practices for commercial & residential building projects.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to site personnel and contractors.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on HSE compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and reports.
Promote a strong safety culture by engaging and mentoring project teams.
Review and approve subcontractors' HSE plans and performance on-site.
Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
Certified HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) are essential.
