Senior General Counsel - Healthcare Compliance & Telehealth

Sleep Doctor is seeking a senior Compliance Officer with deep healthcare law expertise to lead our compliance program across DME, telehealth, and digital health platforms.
In this role, you will oversee audits, regulatory inquiries, and HIPAA compliance, while advising on licensure and government program relationships. This is a high-responsibility position for a self-driven professional in a fast-paced startup environment.
