Cardiovascular Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks known for providing exceptional patient care and operating state-of-the-art medical facilities. The role involves performing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures supporting physicians during interventions and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Experience in handling pediatric patients is highly preferred. Other responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Perform advanced cardiovascular diagnostic procedures including echocardiography vascular studies and cardiac catheterization as per physician s orders.
  
• Prepare and position patients explaining procedures and obtaining relevant medical history.
  
• Operate calibrate and maintain complex cardiovascular equipment.
  
• Assist physicians during invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures.
  
• Monitor patient status throughout the procedure responding promptly to any changes or complications.
  
• Accurately document and report findings maintaining complete patient records.
  
• Ensure compliance with infection control safety and quality assurance standards.
  
• Stay updated on emerging cardiovascular technologies and techniques.
  

Requirements

To be considered you need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
  
• Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one.
  
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a hospital or specialized cardiac center with pediatric case exposure preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy physiology diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  
• Proficiency in operating advanced cardiovascular diagnostic equipment.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
