Category Lead Oncology & Rare Disease - Middle East

Strategic leadership role overseeing Pfizer's oncology and rare disease portfolio across the Middle East cluster. The Category Lead develops integrated portfolio and launch strategies, manages P&L performance, and drives patient access while coordinating across commercial, medical, regulatory and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category portfolio strategy, launch plans and market priorities aligned with enterprise objectives
- Own oncology and rare disease P&L performance, budgeting and resource allocation across the cluster
- Lead integrated launch readiness and post-launch execution for new products, indications and presentations
- Partner with Access & Value, Medical and Policy teams to address pricing, reimbursement and diagnostic barriers
- Build high-performing category teams and drive cross-functional execution across diverse markets and healthcare systems
Requirements
- Extensive commercial leadership experience in pharmaceutical oncology or rare disease
- Proven track record managing P&L and portfolio strategy in emerging or regulated markets
- Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration across commercial, medical, regulatory and access functions
- Strong understanding of Middle East healthcare systems, market dynamics and patient access barriers
- Executive presence and capability to lead and influence regional and global stakeholders
